India King Edward VII ½ Anna Green "C.E.F." Overprint – Block of Four Very Fine MNH
A scarce mint block of four of the India King Edward VII ½ Anna green definitive overprinted "C.E.F." (China Expeditionary Force). The stamps retain their original gum and are Mint Never Hinged (MNH). The block is preserved with full sheet margins and selvage, enhancing its philatelic appeal. The reverse shows some age-related foxing/brown spots on the margin paper and selvage, while the gum on the stamps themselves appears largely undisturbed. Such positional multiples with constant overprint varieties are considerably more desirable than single stamps because they help authenticate the variety and preserve its sheet position.
