REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Return / Refund

Twisted Twines strives to ensure that customers receive products exactly as described on the Website. Due to the collectible and often unique nature of coins, banknotes, stamps, philatelic materials, historical memorabilia, and related products, customers are requested to carefully review product descriptions and photographs before making a purchase.

Returns will be accepted only if the product received is materially different from the description provided on the Website or if an incorrect item has been shipped.

The Buyer may return the item in its original packaging within 3 days of delivery, together with proof of purchase or order confirmation. If more than 3 days have passed since delivery, a refund, replacement, or exchange may not be offered.

Upon receipt of the returned item, Twisted Twines will examine the item within a reasonable period of time and determine whether the Buyer is entitled to a refund or replacement.

If the return request is approved, the refund of the purchase price shall be processed and credited to the original method of payment used for the purchase. The time taken for the credit to reflect may depend upon the Buyer's bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

Twisted Twines requires that:

• The item must not be used, altered, cleaned, repaired, or damaged after delivery.
• The item must be returned in its original condition.
• Original packaging, tags, certificates, inserts, and accessories (if any) must be preserved and returned.
• Clear photographs and, where applicable, a video of the unpacking and condition of the item should be provided to support the claim.

The Buyer shall be responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect shipment or a product materially different from its description.

Shipping, handling, insurance, and courier charges are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by Twisted Twines.

Cancellation

An order once placed constitutes an offer to purchase the item.

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch of the item.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and the order shall be governed by the Return / Refund provisions of this Policy.

By purchasing an item from the Website, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the product description, specifications, and conditions of sale applicable to that item, provided such conditions are not unlawful or contrary to the Website's Terms & Conditions.

Twisted Twines reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, regulatory restrictions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, any amount received from the Buyer shall be refunded in full.
