Shipping Policy

At Twisted Twines Collectibles, we are committed to providing a secure, transparent, and reliable shipping experience for all our customers.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 7 working days after order confirmation and successful receipt of payment.

  • Orders are shipped across India through reliable courier and postal partners such as India Post/Blue Dart/ Delhivery/ DTDC/ FedEx or other reputed logistics providers, depending on service availability.

Packing Verification

To ensure complete transparency and customer confidence:

  • A packing video of the ordered item(s) will be recorded prior to dispatch.

  • The packing video may be shared with the customer via WhatsApp, email, or other suitable communication channels before or shortly after shipment.

  • The video serves as evidence that the correct item(s) were packed securely and dispatched in good condition.

Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping charge of ₹75/- (Rupees Seventy-Five only) plus applicable GST will be charged on orders.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout and on the final invoice.

Delivery & Insurance

  • All shipments are carefully packed to protect collectible items such as coins, banknotes, stamps, philatelic materials, and handmade crochet products.

  • Customers are requested to inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible signs of damage or tampering immediately.

  • If a parcel appears tampered with, customers are advised not to accept delivery and to contact us promptly.

Service Area

  • We currently ship to most serviceable pin codes across India.

  • We do not offer international shipping at present.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

  • Any additional costs arising from incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or re-dispatch requests may be recovered from the customer.

  • All shipments are at the buyer’s risk once dispatched. Delivery timelines are indicative & may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

  • Net Banking

  • Digital Wallets

  • Other payment methods supported by our payment gateway
