India 2007 – Centenary of Satyagraha: “The Stirrings” Miniature Sheet

The 2007 Centenary of Satyagraha “The Stirrings” Miniature Sheet was issued by India Post on 2 October 2007 to mark the centenary of Mahatma Gandhi's philosophy of non-violent resistance. The multicolour miniature sheet comprises four ₹5 commemorative stamps illustrating key stages in the development of the Satyagraha movement, particularly its origins in South Africa and its later influence on India's freedom struggle.
