Rare Bikaner (Bikanir) State Silver Nazarana Rupee of Maharaja Ganga Singh (1887–1942), issued in VS 1994 / 1937 AD to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the ruler’s reign. The obverse features a detailed portrait bust of Maharaja Ganga Singh surrounded by the Nagari legend “Maharajadhiraja Shri Ganga Singhji Bahadur”, while the reverse displays the ornate crowned Ganga Singh monogram, royal symbols, wreath and VS 1994 date. The coin is identified as KM# XM1, struck in silver, and the example shown is NGC MS61, with pleasing detail and lustrous surfaces. This is a desirable commemorative issue from the Bikaner Princely State and an important piece of Indian princely-state numismatics.
