Indonesia 1964 Bank Indonesia 5 Sen & 10 Sen Banknotes – P-91 and P-92
Authentic vintage Indonesian banknotes from the 1964 Bank Indonesia New Rupiah First Series, featuring the 5 Sen (P-91) and 10 Sen (P-92) denominations. Both notes display a striking portrait of a female volunteer in uniform on the front, with intricate geometric guilloche designs on the reverse. The notes were printed by Pertjetakan Kebajoran, Jakarta, and carry the signatures of Governor Jusuf Muda Dalam and Director Hertatijanto.
The 5 Sen note has serial number ALA012900, while the 10 Sen note has serial number DIN031063. Although dated 1964, this series entered circulation in December 1965 and represents an interesting period in Indonesia's monetary history. These obsolete Indonesian sen banknotes are attractive collectibles for world banknote collectors, Indonesian currency enthusiasts and vintage paper-money collections.
