A collectible group of 8 Travancore State coins comprising four 8 Cash and four 4 Cash pieces, issued during the reign of Sri Chithira Thirunal Bala Rama Varma II. The 8 Cash coins are catalogued as KM#59, struck in bronze, approximately 22.2 mm and 3.9 g, while the 4 Cash coins are KM#58, approximately 17.5 mm and 1.94 g. Both denominations feature the distinctive BRV monogram, English and Malayalam legends, and the Travancore conch-shell (Shankha) design. The coins shown appear to be in Uncirculated (UNC) condition, with attractive original copper/bronze colour, making this an appealing group for collectors of Travancore Princely State coins, Kerala numismatics and Indian princely-state coinage.
